We are on the lookout for motivated and skilled property consultants, with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market to join our diverse team.

Abode Property prides itself on its internationally diverse employees that come from all corners of the globe. Our employees will be responsible for creating sustaining relationships with not just clients, but also developers, communities, and even other agencies.

We provide continuous training to agents through several workshops, discussions, and lectures. Each training session focuses on client interaction, changing trends within the Dubai real estate market, and the general UAE rules and regulations when it comes to investing in property.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for potential new clients
• Following company procedures and meeting KPI requirements
• Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria
• Maintain relationships with Developers
• Maintain and expand relationships
• Regular contact with purchaser ensuring awareness of current market activity as well as new opportunities
• Keep up to date with the market including new developments and changes in regulations
• Act as an intermediary between Developers and Purchaser
• Client Management
• Updating CRM database
• At least 1-year experience in residential sales or leasing or off plan sales
• Ability to write and speak English fluently and idiomatically
• RERA Certified brokers preferred
• Valid UAE Driving license and own vehicle
