At Electra, we need talented people who will share our vision to be the obvious contracting partner for local & international players who wish to set up Events or Exhibitions within the GCC.

Under the guidance of the Logistics Manager, the Expeditor is responsible for completing the delivery cycle, from order placement until and including the GRN booking.

Main Accountabilities

• Execute daily operations to ensure optimal assistance to Electra.
• Communicate with various stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of goods & services.
• Maintain business systems with accurate information to enable optimum reporting and performance, including but not limited to:
• Uploading delivery documents.
• Creating the GRN transactions.
• Submitting logistics requests.
• Submitting purchase requests.
• Conducting physical counts and receiving goods, verifying correctness with matching documentation before upload.
• Preparing & analyzing reports, such as Open Purchase Reports.
• Engage with all stakeholders to encourage vendors to prevent, detect, and eradicate breaches of ethical standards.
• Responsible for petty cash handling.
• Ensure SLA/KPI targets are met for all major processes assigned.
• Ensure departmental objectives are achieved.

• You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, and all equipment issued by the company.
• You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company and ensure compliance throughout the department.
• You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
• You will perform all tasks set forth by safety regulations and cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment that does not pose health and safety risks.
• You are obliged to follow the company's recycling process, reduce, and monitor resource consumption as a contribution to reducing environmental impacts.
