Key Responsibilities:

• Need to have knowledge in ERP System (Oracle) & MS Office.
• Review and verify BOQ data against project requirements and specifications.
• Essential knowledge in PR, PO, MIR, MR & SR which relate to material handling.
• Ability to navigate through ERP to analyze material availability and expected material receipt date.
• Capable of coordinating with different departments for troubleshooting.
• Interface with Engineering as required to troubleshoot bill of material inaccuracies.
• Required good communication skills to work with team members and departmental leaders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination within construction or engineering industries.
• Experience with project management software and ERP systems is essential for efficient material tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions about material procurement and usage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are crucial for liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands while maintaining a proactive approach.
