A leading event venue in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse live events. The successful candidate will manage event calendars, vendor relationships, and ensure event compliance with regulations. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in event management. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential, as well as a focus on client satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with various stakeholders.

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of live events at ZSC venues. The Events Manager will oversee the event calendar, manage vendor relationships, and lead the execution of events, ensuring seamless experiences for clients and guests.
- Oversee and manage the event calendar, ensuring alignment with venue goals and commercial targets.
- Work closely with the events team to support event acquisition, contract negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Develop and execute detailed event plans, including logistics, resource allocation, and contingency strategies.
- Lead the execution of events from start to finish, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure the proper setup and flawless event execution.
- Monitor on-site event activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Managing event budgets and tracking expenditure.
- Contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Conduct post-event financial reconciliations and assist with event cost reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors, ensuring event expectations and requirements are met.
- Address client concerns, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all events comply with local laws, venue policies, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, including contracts, risk assessments, and operational plans.
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Event Management is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in event management, with proven expertise in coordinating large-scale events.
