We are currently looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, reporting to the Customer Care Manager. The department acts as the focal point to continuously promote the concept of customer service among staff and upgrade the level of services offered by the Company. A close liaison is maintained between all departments and all personnel are involved in the process to create a Quality Service Culture. A close watch is kept on the services of the competitors and the company is kept ahead of the market. Every tool of communication is used to promote the company's competitive edge in its services. The Department lays down the basis for improving the quality of customer service in all departments and creating customer loyalty - essential for the medium to long term success of the business.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will:

1. Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
2. Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to management team.
3. Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Two years of call center customer care experience in a similar role of quality supervision.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Native Arabic speaker, must be fluent in English.
