Job PurposeThe Facilities Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of ARTCs facilities, including Head office, showrooms and service centers. This role ensures that all locations are well-maintained, compliant with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards, and aligned with the companys brand values to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all ARTC facilities, ensuring optimal operational conditions.
- Ensure all physical infrastructure, including HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, is functioning properly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and facility upgrades.
- Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and ARTCs HSSE policies.
- Ensure that ARTC showrooms and service centers reflect the companys brand identity and provide a premium customer experience.
- Oversee facility refurbishments, layout enhancements, and space optimization projects.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and organization across all locations.
- Manage contracts with facility service providers, including cleaning, security, and maintenance vendors.
- Monitor budgets for facility maintenance, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Review vendor performance and negotiate service agreements for optimal outcomes.
- Maintain records of facility maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance reports.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on facility conditions, expenditures, and improvement plans.
- Provide recommendations for long-term facility enhancements and cost savings.
Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
Knowledge & Skills- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle facility-related emergencies efficiently.
