Job Description

• Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and ensuring timely replenishment of automotive parts and supplies.
• Organize and maintain the storage area efficiently, ensuring all items are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns, using inventory management software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A proactive attitude and problem-solving capabilities to address inventory issues as they arise.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive parts management or a similar inventory role is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology is a plus.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items, as well as the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking inventory.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for diverse client interactions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories to assist in effective inventory management.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking data.
