In charge of the supervision of all indoor site works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and administration.
Must be able to comprehend drawings & details, material surfaces, site requirements, and have a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and analyze designs in accordance with technical standards.
- Perform setting-out plans as per accepted drawings.
- Material and workforce planning and monitoring.
- Work with high precision and manage office requirements effectively.
- Accountable for all joinery fit-outs.
- Expertise in Hotel & Conference Facility Fit Outs, Residential Structures Fit Outs, and Industrial or Office Fit Outs.
- Planning of work and proper reporting by preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Manage teams of Carpenters and specialists.
- Understand project control with regard to quality and time management.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 2,500.00 - AED 3,500.00 monthly
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
Languages: Urdu, English (Preferred)
