Site Supervisor (Joinery, Interior's Fit Out) Vacancy in Sharjah, UAE

In charge of the supervision of all indoor site works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and administration.

Must be able to comprehend drawings & details, material surfaces, site requirements, and have a high attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage and analyze designs in accordance with technical standards.
2. Perform setting-out plans as per accepted drawings.
3. Material and workforce planning and monitoring.
4. Work with high precision and manage office requirements effectively.
5. Accountable for all joinery fit-outs.
6. Expertise in Hotel & Conference Facility Fit Outs, Residential Structures Fit Outs, and Industrial or Office Fit Outs.
7. Planning of work and proper reporting by preparing daily and weekly reports.
8. Manage teams of Carpenters and specialists.
9. Understand project control with regard to quality and time management.
10. Maintain a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 2,500.00 - AED 3,500.00 monthly

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Languages: Urdu, English (Preferred)
