The Bar Supervisor (FULL-TIME) will ensure the smooth running of the bar in the absence of the Bar Manager and develop, train, and coach the bar team, ensuring they adhere to systems and procedures.

You must be customer-focused, with a flexible approach, be adaptable, and used to working on your own initiative. You will also ensure all bars are stocked and prepared for set up and supervise the team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service. Excellent spoken English is required for this role.
