Purpose of the Job:
The highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations, cost management, and production finance of our Industrial Bakery and Catering Business in the UAE. This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, profitability, and operational excellence within a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cost accounting, production finance, and supply chain finance in food manufacturing or FMCG setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Certification: CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in finance, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance, preferably in food production, FMCG, or industrial bakery/catering industries.
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
In-depth understanding of manufacturing cost structures, production variances, and supply chain finance.
Knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and corporate taxation.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
