Finance Manager

What will you do

• Strong focus on developing controls and checks to prevent and detect anomalies
• Close operational / month-end activities accurately and efficiently
• Implement industry best practices for month closing with accurate accruals ensuring that the monthly financials are complete, accurate and highly reliable for strategic decision making.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial performance and variances to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
• Set up systems for maintaining positive customer relationships through effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Lead in design / configuration and rolling out of new initiatives for bringing productivity and efficiency in the process.
• Handing internal, statutory audit, compliance and stakeholder management
• Work with cross functional teams and lead special initiative programs

What You Will Need

• Chartered Accountant
• 1-2 years of post qualification experience with audit experience in Big 4 and experience of handling Accounts / Audit in startups
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, financial reporting, and financial data analysis
• Experience with financial management software and ERP systems
• Demonstrated experience in Business Partnering & external stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong bias for speed for execution
• Ability to multitask, think critically and execute tactically
• Have a proven track record of finding innovative solutions to problems
