Commercial Finance Business Manager

The purpose of this role is to provide financial advice and guidance to the business leaders of a large profit centre within a market in support of the achievement of revenue, profit and/or margin targets.

Job Description:

• Partners with senior management and the FD and supplies them with the timely analysis, intelligence, insight, challenge and recommendations they need to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
• Works with Business Leaders to improve revenue and margin forecasting, including enhanced pipeline management and analysis.
• Supports the various initiatives to improve OP % margin delivery through the business by offering timely analysis and support, providing valuable insight and costed options to improve performance and deep analysis of client/revenue trends.
• Works with the business to drive the client profitability workstream and ensure that margin improvement plans are developed within the business.
• Supports and manages the in market commercial finance team. Tasked with building a strong commercial finance team and ensuring they partner to have impact across the business.
• Supports the Operational Finance Director, Financial Controller and/or Market FD, as necessary with high quality and insightful analysis as requested from time to time and works with them to deliver impact with the business.
• Supports analysis of Client Profitability and identifies and supports initiatives to improve profitability/margin.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must.
• Media and communication background is a must.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional team player.
