- Welcome brides and their guests, taking time to understand their style preferences and wedding vision.
- Recommend suitable gowns, veils and accessories that reflect each bride’s individuality and budget.
- Conduct fittings and coordinate with alteration teams to ensure perfect garment tailoring.
- Maintain detailed records of client appointments, preferences and purchases.
- Stay up to date on current bridal fashion trends, designers and seasonal collections.
- Ensure the showroom remains organized, elegant and visually inspiring.
- Handle sales transactions and assist with inventory management of gowns and accessories.
- Offer empathy and reassurance during what is often an emotional high‑stakes decision‑making process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and joyful client experience.
- Previous experience in bridal fashion retail or luxury customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric attitude.
- Excellent sense of style and knowledge of bridal trends.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.
- High school diploma required; a degree in fashion or related field is a plus.
- Lebanese nationality preferred.
