Job summary
A customer service company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle various customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The role involves answering calls, resolving issues, and documenting interactions in a professional manner. Candidates must have at least 3 years of call center experience, be fluent in English, and possess strong multitasking and communication skills. This is an onsite position aimed at delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries via WhatsApp, Email, etc.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up for satisfaction.
Skills
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on providing outstanding service to our valued customers.
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to queries via Whatsapp, Email, etc. in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or order status
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions for customers' needs
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer service at all times
- Adhere to company protocols and performance metrics
- Minimum 3 years of call center experience
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Keen attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience in the UAE market
- Knowledge of CRM software and call center technologies
- Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce sector
