Job summary
A leading recruitment consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Sales Associate for a 6-month contract. The role involves actively engaging customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates should have 6 months to 2 years of customer-facing experience and willingness to work late-night shifts. Successful candidates will benefit from a competitive salary package with incentives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Willingness to work till 12 AM (late-night shift).
- Strong communication skills—must speak clearly and loudly.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage customers to promote products.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers with queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform basic photography of products/customers when required.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service.
Skills

Key Responsibilities:
