Senior Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-day analysis of current or potential new PE deals
2. Primarily responsible for screening investment opportunities and extensive financial modeling (particularly DCFs and LBOs) including sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and provide preliminary investment review based on financial and strategic considerations
3. Participation in commercial, financial and legal due diligence sessions including preparation of materials in conjunction with external consultants
4. Preparation of presentation materials (executive summaries, teasers, etc.)
5. Support the senior investment team with portfolio monitoring and management

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Masters degree in accounting, finance, business administration or economics; CFA is a plus
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience within PE/VC, IB, Big4 corporate finance in Europe
3. Strong knowledge of markets, financial statements analysis, corporate finance and valuation techniques
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Attention to detail and strong organization skills
7. Initiative, strong work ethic and high level of professional maturity are prerequisites
