We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic investment professional to join a well-established asset management firm specialising in real estate investments, particularly in industrial and logistics assets. Backed by high-net-worth individuals and strategic investors, this firm is focused on delivering superior returns through strategic acquisitions and active asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial models to assess investment opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition processes, ensuring successful deal closures.
• Prepare Investment Committee (IC) memorandums and deal-sourcing reports.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimize key performance indicators, including ERV, occupancy rates, dividend yields, and cost of debt.
• Negotiate with brokers, sellers, and tenants to secure favorable deal terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, logistics firms, industrial players, and prospective tenants.
• Source off-market investment opportunities through industry networks.
• Lead leasing negotiations, structuring agreements to maximize portfolio performance.
• Oversee property management reports to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Develop and maintain acquisition pipeline updates.
• Generate investment performance reports and identify areas for optimization.
• Implement best practices from international real estate funds to enhance financial models.

Key Requirements:

1. Must be based in the UAE or KSA and available for immediate interviews.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking, preferably with a focus on real estate investments.
3. Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.
4. Proven track record in real estate acquisitions and negotiations.
5. Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
