1. Execution: Ensures company standards are implemented and adhered to across own Service Line.
2. Problem Solving: Draws on technical knowledge and experience and information/specification received to develop the most effective and efficient solution for less standard or routine problems with a prescribed outcome.
3. Project Scope: Responsible for smaller or routine projects (as defined in QA100) in the role of Project Manager.
4. Business Development/Client Contact: Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low-risk projects, and contributes to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects. Develops the business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty through excellent customer service.
5. People Management: May have delegated accountability for leading projects or project steps within a broader project. Allocates tasks, checks the work, and coordinates/supervises daily activities of a project-based team. Provides recommendations on resourcing requirements for specific projects to more senior team members and can influence decisions.

May provide informal guidance to graduates or interns (not a job requirement).
