Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our team. The Associate Project Manager will play a key role in managing and coordinating projects that enhance our company's educational programs and overall student experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in project management, communication, and collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning & Coordination:
    Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of educational projects, ensuring alignment with the institute's strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, and ensure milestones are met.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations.
    • Engage with faculty, administration, and other departments to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Facilitate regular meetings to track project progress and address any concerns.
  3. Project Execution & Support:
    Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring that the project stays on track.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    • Provide support to project teams, ensuring that resources and materials are readily available.
  4. Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain clear documentation on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure proper documentation for post-project review and learning.
  5. Quality Assurance:
    Ensure that all project deliverables meet the institute's quality standards.
    • Work with faculty and team members to ensure educational content and resources are of the highest quality.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:
    Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
    • Coordinate resources, both human and material, to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
  7. Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement within the project management cycle.
    • Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve educational offerings and operational efficiency.
  8. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making data-driven adjustments to ensure the program achieves its intended impact.
    • Define and periodically assess key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program, ensuring that performance metrics align with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the educational landscape and current trends in technology and curriculum development is a plus.
