We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning and execution of exhibitions and events. This role is critical in ensuring everything is in place for successful event delivery, requiring a hands-on executioner with extensive events experience. The ideal candidate will excel in coordination, research, and communication, remaining calm under pressure while driving projects to completion. A UAE drivers license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events, ensuring all elements are meticulously organized and in place for seamless delivery.
• Act as a key executioner, managing on-site setup, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing post-event follow-ups to guarantee successful outcomes.
• Conduct research on event-specific protocols, safety checks, and regional requirements to ensure compliance and enhance project quality.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules, and progress reports, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams with strong, clear communication to meet project timelines, budgets, and goals.
• Maintain composure under pressure, adapting quickly to challenges while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a project support or coordination role within the exhibitions / events industry is a must.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of executing events from start to finish.
• Strong research abilities, particularly in understanding event protocols, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively while staying calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in MS Office, familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), and skilled in professional correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
