1. Provide high-level executive support to two C-suite leaders with varying work styles
2. Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential communication
3. Assist with light contract and admin tasks, ensuring timely and accurate documentation
4. Handle payroll and salary-related coordination, maintaining utmost confidentiality
5. Be the go-to for operational support, anticipating needs and acting with discretion

1. Proven track record as an Executive Assistant in the UAE
2. Highly dynamic, flexible, and able to multitask across different leadership styles
3. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
4. Strong understanding of contracts, payroll, and salary processes
5. Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
6. Someone with a can-do mindset, ready to jump in and add value from day one
