Junior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Reports directly to the Account Manager(s).
2. Handle daily tasks for assigned accounts, ensuring all client inquiries are promptly addressed.
3. Assist in setting up & coordinating projects in Avaza, setting up & maintaining timelines, and managing calendars to support Account Managers.
4. Setup new project spaces in Google Workspaces and invite relevant team members, maintaining a clean project repository.
5. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes during client meetings, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
6. Assist and support the Account Manager with populating and updating the global resource sheet for when requesting resources for delivering project tasks.
7. Support the Account Manager and/or create, update and deliver weekly status reports for all projects and campaigns to client stakeholders.
8. Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client objectives, ensuring all materials meet agency standards.
9. Gather data and compile campaign reports, providing insights on performance metrics and trends to Account Managers.
10. Assist the Account Manager in completing project briefs for internal teams.
11. Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support client strategy development.
12. Manage and organize project assets within the GDrive, following company SOPs and ensuring easy access for internal teams and clients as needed.
13. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends, helping support more strategic client conversations.
14. Take responsibility for managing assigned accounts under the guidance of an Account Manager, building foundational skills in account management.
15. Ensure own timesheets are logged with accuracy and proper allocation on a daily basis, as per timesheet policy workflow.
