Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Sharjah. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, handling expense reports, managing communications, and providing general administrative assistance.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Experience in managing and preparing expense reports
• Strong communication skills
• General administrative assistance skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in a similar role in the machinery or related industry is a plus
