- Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships with FMCG brands, understanding their unique needs and how our digital services can support their business goals.
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft digital marketing campaigns that resonate with FMCG audiences, driving engagement and achieving client KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations, fostering a data‑driven approach to digital marketing.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance account management processes and strategies.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, e‑mail marketing, and influencer management.
- Understanding of the FMCG industry and its digital marketing needs.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
