Epitome is a creative video production company that specialises in crafting compelling visual narratives. We are looking for a Creative Writer - Director to drive the creative vision of our projects, developing and directing high-calibre branded content, commercials, and original stories.

This role is for a visionary storyteller who can balance artistry with commercial impact, working seamlessly across development, production, and post-production to bring ideas to life.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop original ideas for branded films, commercials, and narrative content
• Craft compelling scripts that resonate with audiences while aligning with brand objectives
• Direct productions from pre-production through post, ensuring a seamless and high-quality execution
• Collaborate with clients, producers, and creative teams to shape projects that are both artistically and commercially effective
• Lead creative pitches and presentations, articulating ideas with clarity and impact
• Work with cinematographers, editors, and production teams to achieve a cohesive visual and narrative style
• Stay ahead of industry trends to push creative boundaries and elevate storytelling standards

• 3+ years of experience in directing commercials, branded content, or narrative film
• Strong scriptwriting skills, with a keen sense of structure and pacing
• A portfolio of compelling work that demonstrates a distinct visual and narrative style
• Experience in working with brands and agencies to translate briefs into impactful stories
• A sharp creative mind with the ability to balance storytelling, strategy, and execution
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
