Job Title: Senior Sales Manager (Multi-Functional Printer)

Our client, a notable Japanese MNC that manufactures electronic products, is looking for a Senior Sales Manager.

Reporting to: HOD
Products: Business Equipment (Multi-Functional Printer, Interactive Whiteboard)

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the business equipment sales division, ensuring effective operations and performance.
2. Manage recruitment, manpower planning, coaching, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
3. Assist the Sales General Manager in forecasting, sales tracking, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
4. Plan and execute sales activities in the local market to meet sales objectives.
5. Support the Sales General Manager in formulating strategic objectives and setting forecasts and performance metrics for the Business-Equipment Sales division.
6. Oversee the management of ageing inventory and accounts receivable (AR) to align with division objectives.
7. Review weekly sales forecasts and performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
8. Drive the change management process, ensuring the adoption of new processes and tools through performance measures.
9. Maintain and expand existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction and business success.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver valuable service offerings to clients.

Requirements & Preferences:
(Must)

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
2. Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales and business development experience in solutions sales or consumer electronics
3. Proven experience in handling multi-function printer/copier
4. At least 1 year of managerial experience
5. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers and vendors
6. Ability to work independently
7. Strong network and adaptability to perform hunting sales

(Advantageous)

1. Experience in Multi-Functional Printer, Interactive Whiteboard solutions, Colour Management, and Managed Print Services
