ADMIN/OFFICE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin/Office Executive to provide comprehensive support to the HR & Admin Manager. This role will assist in managing office operations, finance processes, and HR administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions. The ideal candidate is versatile, organized, and capable of handling both administrative and people-focused responsibilities.

• Assist the HR & Admin Manager in coordinating office operations, travel arrangements, and visa applications.
• Perform general administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflows.
• Track and safeguard office inventory and equipment.

• Support bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing management and financial reports.
• Help monitor budgets, control expenses, and process employee reimbursements.
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies under the guidance of the HR & Admin Manager.
• Help manage employee relations, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Administer MOM portal transactions (applications, renewals, cancellations of Work Passes) in compliance with COMPASS and other frameworks.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Proven experience in office management, accounting and HR support.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and support senior management.
• Skilled in professional correspondence and conflict resolution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Work Timings: 8AM – 5PM (Mondays – Fridays)
• Transport: Pick-up points island-wide
• Salary: SGD2,700 – SGD4,000 (Negotiable based on qualifications)
