Job Descriptions

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales across all the company’s offline sales channels, including retail stores, distribution channels, and private shopping service, through setting short and long-term channel strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
  2. Work with and mentor the retail sales team to ensure that flagship store sales targets are met through building a sales strategy and running promotional activities.
  3. Establish productive, professional relationships with key internal/external personnel across sales channels.
  4. Work on opening and managing distribution for exclusive brands under the company, with key strategies implemented to achieve distribution sales goals.
  5. Build on customer engagement initiatives and implement improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience.
  6. Provide feedback to the Management team on consumer sales trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.
  7. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce, and management to meet sales performance objectives.
  8. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partners.
  9. Be accountable for weekly sales reporting at Management meetings.
  10. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  11. Develop strategies and ideas for campaigns (brand, advertising, PR, content, social, digital).
  12. Identify new markets/clients, ensure smooth operations, and optimize company profitability.
  13. Collaborate with the sales team to continually improve the effectiveness of our sales (improving processes, developing client personnel, campaigns, promotions, etc.).
  14. Plan, elevate, and manage sales forecasts to achieve sales targets.
  15. Other related duties assigned as per interview with our Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in a management capacity, overseeing sales channels.
  • Experience with fashion, beauty, and retail companies will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
