Kitchen assistant

We are a food company dedicated to providing freshly cooked meals for dogs in Singapore.

Key work scope:

1. Assisting with the preparation of dog meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, poultry and meat.
2. Manage the packing of dog meals for delivery.
3. Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, kitchen tools, and cutting boards.
4. Provide support to the Cook as required.
5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
2. Must be able to handle and carry large weight >20-25kg.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
4. Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full time or Part-time.
