A leading financial services organisation in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to manage monthly closing procedures, prepare budgets, and analyze financial variances. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in finance or accounting, proficiency in relevant financial software, and excellent analytical skills. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative and professional environment, contributing to the excellence of the company's financial operations.
Qualificações
- Strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools specific to the industry.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Responsabilidades
- Manage monthly closing procedures and internal reporting for two entities.
- Review VAT reconciliation monthly and quarterly.
- Prepare budgets and monthly cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze variance between budgeted and actual figures.
- Monitor capital ratios and request capital injection when needed.
- Prepare finance slide presentations for board meetings.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants on year-end statements.
- Assist CFO with various tasks as required.
