IMPACT! Brand Communications seeks a creative Videographer / Video Editor to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Content, you’ll collaborate with our content team to capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across multiple platforms. Your work will directly contribute to storytelling for corporate, B2B, healthcare, and technology sectors.

1. Shoot high-quality footage using professional-grade equipment in studio and on-location settings
2. Plan shot compositions, lighting setups, and audio capture to align with project briefs

1. Edit raw footage into polished deliverables (e.g. commercials, social media clips, corporate videos)
2. Enhance videos with motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and visual effects
3. Optimise content for web/mobile distribution while maintaining technical quality

1. Organise and maintain libraries of raw/assets/edited files
2. Manage multiple projects and shoots simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
3. Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketers to ensure brand consistency

1. 1-2 years professional experience in videography and video editing roles
2. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and/or Final Cut Pro
3. Proficiency with camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio recording tools

1. Strong visual storytelling ability with portfolio demonstrating timing, continuity, and emotional impact
2. Innovative problem-solving for technical/logistical challenges during shoots
