What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence
• Maintain and organise records, documents, and reports with confidentiality and accuracy
• Coordinate office operations, including procurement, supplies management, and liaising with vendors
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents
• Support internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups on key matters
• Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

What we're looking for

• Diploma level in Health Services/ Health Management/ Business Administration or related studies
• Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role is advantageous
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
