What you'll be doing
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and organise records, documents, and reports with confidentiality and accuracy
- Coordinate office operations, including procurement, supplies management, and liaising with vendors
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents
- Support internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-ups on key matters
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we're looking for
- Diploma level in Health Services/ Health Management/ Business Administration or related studies
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive support role is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
