Merchandiser

Merchandising Duties:

1. Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies to create attractive product displays.
2. Monitor stock levels and ensure the availability of products on shelves or online platforms.
3. Conduct regular store visits to assess the presentation and quality of product displays.
4. Work closely with vendors to manage product stock and optimize sales.
5. Analyse market trends and customer preferences to propose changes in product placement and display strategies.
6. Ensure that all promotional materials, signage, and in-store displays are up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
7. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and product launches.

Sales Administration Duties:

1. Support the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, promotion claims, customer inquiries, and other ad hoc tasks.
2. Maintain accurate sales records, including order status, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
3. Assist in maintaining customer databases and ensuring all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Coordinate communication between the sales team and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
5. Process and follow up on customer payments and order fulfilment.
