Company Background
We are representing our client, a seafood restaurant and event banquet that delivers the ultimate dining experience, based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Near to LRT station - 5 min walking distance).
They are currently looking for an industry expert for the Purchasing Assistant / Executive (Mandarin Spoken & Written is required).

Job Description
- Receiving stock from supplier and creating Goods Receive notes.
- Submitting weekly/monthly reports accordingly to Sales/Senior Manager.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Ensure all purchase orders are accurate.
- Any other duties assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply (training provided).
- 1-2 years of experience in the Purchasing field is an added advantage.
- Candidate with F&B industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
