Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and hiring managers) including the recruitment administration.
Participate in large scale recruitment with the team (career fair, walk-in interview and others event).
Involve in developing and communicating recruiting strategies / solutions.
Assist in developing network of candidates with internal & external resources (recruitment agency, walk-interview, reference contact).
Surveys on job market and develops specific recommendations for review by management.
Well organize & manage confidential documents, records & maintain on organized filling for smooth data retrieving.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Support in other HR activities and ad-hoc duties when required.
Tertiary education in Human Resource Management or any other relevant discipline.
Min 1-2 year(s) of working experience in an in-house recruitment role is advantageous.
Independent, driven and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver on talent attraction strategies & initiatives in a fast-paced environment and volume hiring.
Poised and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess interviewing, assessment & negotiation skills.
Organization and time management skills with ability to multi-task and meticulous.
Work location at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
