Senior / Junior IT Technician
Job summary
A technology solutions provider based in Puchong is seeking a technician to maintain and repair hardware, troubleshoot computers, and provide customer support. Ideal candidates should have problem-solving skills and at least 1 year of experience for junior level or 2 years for senior level. Bilingual in English and Malay, with a valid driving license and motorbike are preferred. Join our dynamic team to contribute to effective IT support!
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in the IT field for Junior Technician.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the IT field for Senior Technician.
- Possess own motorbike and valid driving license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair hardware.
- Troubleshoot computers, notebooks, and printers.
- Provide full support and solve computer and networking problems.
