Job summary
A local technology firm is seeking a Software Programmer for IT/MIS support and software development. The role includes enhancing in-house systems, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience with PHP, VB.NET, and C#. A diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field is required. This position offers professional growth while supporting office operations in Malaysia.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in a related IT role/position.
- Experience developing or maintaining ERP, POS, accounting, or inventory systems is a plus.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing in-house systems (PHP, VB.NET, C#).
- Perform daily transaction updates and generate reports.
- Provide troubleshooting support and maintain IT infrastructure.

Join our IT team to support and maintain existing company systems, assist daily office operations, and participate in system enhancements. This role combines software development and IT/MIS support across office and branch environments.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance existing in‑house systems (PHP, VB.NET, C#), including billing, inventory, and WordPress websites.
Perform daily transaction updates, generate reports and data, and provide troubleshooting support.
Work under guidance of MIS / senior programmer for system familiarization.
Provide day‑to‑day support for office and branch IT infrastructure, including hardware and network connectivity.
Travel to branches for troubleshooting, system support, and user training as required.
Requirements:
Knowledge of PHP, VB.NET, C#.
Experience in WordPress development.
Basic knowledge of MySQL / SQL Server.
Experience developing or maintaining ERP, POS, accounting, or inventory systems is a plus.
Responsible and able to work independently.
Minimum 2–3 years working experience in a related IT role/position is required.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
