Here’s where you come in:

• Enhance product design, testing processes, and components to meet performance objectives, including identifying cross-part replacements for obsolete components.
• Collaborate with supply chain partners to assess manufacturing costs, optimize production, and explore new component technologies.
• Ensure manufacturing processes align with business requirements, including product lifecycle management and end-of-life transitions.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) by influencing design for manufacturability, assisting in prototype testing and reliability validation.
• Work closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure timely delivery, meet performance standards, and achieve business goals for outsourced products.
• Partner with suppliers and material engineering teams to manage component quality, cost efficiency, and supply chain timelines.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience for Advanced Level. Minimum 5 years related experience for Senior Level.
• Proficiency in using test measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers, and power supplies.
• Experience in analog and/or digital circuit design and layout using CAD tools is an added advantage.
• Previous experience working with suppliers and Contract Manufacturers (CMs) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality tools such as YY analysis, 8D reporting, Poka Yoke, Six Sigma, and LEAN methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of ATE, system architecture, resources and software are an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
