Job description

Measure Success:

  1. Track training effectiveness by evaluating outcomes, preparing insightful reports for management and recommending improvements to elevate employee (DL) development.
  2. Manage a team of trainers and deliver success through team empowerment, while coaching trainers on developing their own capabilities.

Create & Innovate:

  1. Design, develop and continuously update training materials or programs to stay aligned with latest operational needs, technologies and best practices.
  2. Leverage /Develop technology system to drive efficiency and effectiveness in training delivery or whole training eco-system.

Engagement Sessions:

  1. Facilitate collaborative discussions that allow trainers to raise concerns, seek clarifications and share insights on improving training delivery.
  2. Develop and publish relevant materials/resources to ensure stakeholders or operations fully understand and implement the framework effectively.

Compliance Monitoring & Quality Assurance:

  1. Monitor and enforce compliance with certification standards, ensuring employees meet required competency and quality benchmarks.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of employee certification, ensuring up to date statuses.
  3. Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles on semiconductor processes, equipment handling, cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement:

  1. Identify and implement improvements in employee qualification & certification processes based on data-driven insights.
  2. Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall experience and help build a culture of continuous learning growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, cleanroom operations and safety regulations are an advantage.
  3. Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Experience in leading workshops, seminars, or programs internally.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in multi-tasking and passion for ensuring success.
  3. Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
