We're seeking a remote Project Manager to lead and ensure the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. The role is suited for someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive, capable of maintaining efficiency, quality, and smooth coordination among teams, vendors, and clients in a fully virtual environment. The ideal candidate will manage projects independently, communicate effectively online, and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met while fostering collaboration in a remote setting.

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
• Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, engaging stakeholders to ensure feasibility.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximise team productivity.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve potential issues.
• Maintain clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients to align expectations and deliverables.
• Utilise project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion) to monitor tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Manage scope to prevent scope creep while keeping teams focused on project objectives.
• Capture and document project learnings and best practices to enhance future workflows.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
• Prior experience in remote work is highly advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of agency workflows, including branding, design, social media, website development, campaigns, and video production.
• Skilled in using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools.
• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a strategic, forward‑thinking approach.
• Capable of clearly explaining marketing and project processes to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
• Effective at managing time and priorities, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
