Head Chef jobs in France

The Owner of a luxury 4* Country hotel is seeking a Head Chef who will be responsible for all of the catering operations. This hotel has a very busy banqueting and conference department and is primarily a luxury wedding venue. In this role, Head Chef you will lead the team of chefs from the front ensuring high standards are maintained. The property is a busy venue all year round and provides for intimate gatherings and elaborate wedding celebrations. The dining options are varied for the rooms and spaces available and an emphasis is placed on all guests receiving a five-star experience.

Requirements:

1. A stable background with a minimum of 2 years of experience at this level.
2. Experience in busy banqueting venues.
3. Management skills needed to run a busy operation.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
