We are embarking on an exciting venture to open a vibrant café, bar and kitchen in the heart of east London, Hoxton. We will create a welcoming space that not only pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of the area but also serves as a hub for the local community. Drawing inspiration from the nearby Museum of the Home and the pioneering spirit of Molly Harrison. “Molly’s” will be a place to enjoy delicious food and drink whilst celebrating the area’s eclectic mix of art, culture, and history.

Molly's is all about keeping it local and laid-back, offering a community vibe that's perfect from dawn till late. Whether guests are after freshly baked pastries and artisan coffees, looking for something special for lunch or an evening meal to savour; everything at Molly’s is made with the freshest local ingredients with care and craft. At Molly's, we're all about casual dining with a British twist, ensuring every visit is a tasty treat. We are looking for a head chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard
• The venue operates as a café space during the day serving breakfast and lunch with small plates and also has a hair salon on site!
• Produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available for the menus
• Be creative when menu planning and include client and customer feedback
• Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standards
• Overall responsibility for managing the kitchen team
• Provide feedback and coaching on performance
• Ensure that the kitchen team have completed up-to-date COSHH and Food Hygiene training
