Learning & Development Events Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 DOE

Location: Hybrid (4 days in the office in central London)

Our client, a leader in the luxury goods industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Events Manager to join their team. This role will support the Head of Operations and take ownership of internal learning & development events management.

Please note that experience in a learning & development role (such as an L&D Coordinator) is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage internal events, ensuring impeccable service.
2. Support the planning and execution of learning & development initiatives.
3. Collaborate with Program Directors to organise programs, manage event timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
4. Coordinate with third-party suppliers, prepare materials, and manage event costs within budget.
5. Provide administrative support to senior executives and act as the main point of contact for attendees.

Key Requirements:

1. 2+ years experience in a learning & development role (crucial).
2. Events experience would be hugely beneficial.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. French language skills are a plus.
5. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
