Event Sales Director
A brilliant opportunity has opened up for an Event Sales Director to take full ownership of a flagship event focused on the UK's primary care sector. This event plays a critical role in educating and connecting healthcare professionals, offering everything from CPD-accredited learning and dedicated women's health content, to extensive networking and exhibitor engagement.
The Event Sales Director will be responsible for delivering end-to-end event success - strategically, commercially, and operationally. You'll lead a talented team and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure targets are exceeded and event standards remain industry-leading. From managing a high-performing sales team to partnering with marketing and operations, you'll have the freedom and responsibility to drive results across all departments.
This is a hands-on role requiring commercial focus, creative thinking, and strong leadership. You'll develop sales strategies, run rebook campaigns, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure smooth logistics. Relationship building will also be key - you'll work with suppliers, sponsors, media, and healthcare organisations to expand reach and secure long-term partnerships.
