1. Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and translate them into a captivating experience.
2. Conceptualize event themes, designs, and marketing strategies to achieve the desired outcomes.
3. Develop detailed event budgets and ensure adherence to cost constraints.
4. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and source high-quality suppliers.
5. Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and technical setup.
6. Recruit, train, and manage an event team to ensure seamless execution.
7. Monitor event progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
8. Capture event feedback and analyse data to refine future event strategies.

1. At least 2 years of experience in Events, Hospitality, PR, or HR.
2. Extensive knowledge of the events industry, including trends, practices, and technologies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
4. Creative flair and innovative thinking to develop unique event concepts.
5. Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficient in event management software and project management tools.
7. A passion for creating memorable experiences and exceeding client expectations.

1. Salary range between £26,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience.
