Position: Google Ads Account Manager
Location: Llanfynydd Office (Full-time, on-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an early finish at 5:00 pm on Fridays

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and highly proficient Google Ads professional. This is not a management role but requires someone who can work independently, solve complex problems, and mentor junior team members.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

• Google Ads: Managing and optimizing campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.
• Google Merchant Center: Overseeing product feeds and troubleshooting issues.
• Google Tag Manager: Setting up and managing tags effectively.
• Google Analytics: Interpreting data to drive strategy.
• Conversion Tracking: Implementing and managing tracking solutions in WordPress and Shopify.
• ChatGPT and Google Gemmi: Leveraging AI tools for copywriting, analysis, and client communication.
• Canva: Designing visual content for ad creatives and marketing materials.
• Feed Optimization Platforms: Managing and optimizing product feeds for e-commerce success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Google Ads accounts for a wide range of clients.
• Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms.
• Optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center and feed optimization platforms.
• Utilize ChatGPT and Google Gemmi to enhance workflows and communication.
• Create engaging visual content using Canva.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of marketing experts.
• Communicate data insights and strategies to clients via email and phone calls.
• Continuously develop your skills to stay ahead in the digital marketing space.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in Google Ads, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, and Analytics.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT, Google Gemmi, Canva, and feed optimization platforms.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for learning and professional growth.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (A - C or 9 - 4).

Desirable Skills:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience will be prioritized.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data compliance.
• Experience in a creative or technical marketing role.
