This Payroll Manager opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Manager/Supervisor possessing full end-to-end payroll processing experience, ready to join a friendly expanding firm offering a great place to work autonomously, providing mentorship, leadership, and support to a small team of Payroll Administrators. You will be dealing with a variety of both small and larger payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis ensuring the workload is delegated while also working "hands-on" for your client portfolio using IRIS/STAR.

The Payroll Manager will need to possess full end-to-end payroll processing experience running payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis together with team leadership/drive and desire to lead a small team. A solid knowledge of pension auto enrolment procedures to work effectively in this autonomous role. In addition, you will be overseeing and delegating workload to your team, working collaboratively to process client payrolls to deadlines.
