Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, progressive financial firm seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to work in a HYBRID OR OFFICE role from their offices in central Barnet, Hertfordshire.
This Payroll Manager opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Team Leader or existing Payroll Manager with full end to end payroll processing experience, ready to join a friendly and successful firm offering a great place to work FULLY autonomously, providing mentorship, leadership and support to a Payroll Administrator. You will be dealing with a variety of both small and larger payrolls on a monthly basis for up to 70 employees using IRIS/STAR (training is provided).

The Payroll Manager will need to possess full end to end payroll processing experience running payrolls on a monthly basis together with real leadership drive and desire to lead working as a team of two, together with a solid knowledge of pension auto enrolment procedures to work effectively in this autonomous role. In addition, you will be overseeing and delegating workload to a Payroll Administrator, working collaboratively to process client payrolls to deadlines.
