Champions Live is looking for a Student Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of Edinburgh's premier student Fight Night. This is a unique opportunity for a well-connected student with a passion for event management, marketing, and sports promotion.

Champions Live is a leading organiser of student events across the UK, including Fight Night in cities such as Aberdeen, Bath, Edinburgh, and Liverpool. We also bring Darts Nights, inspired by the Ally Pally experience, to universities across the nation. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences tailored for students.

Role Overview

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid, Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Execution – Oversee logistics, operations, and event setup.

Fighter Recruitment & Support – Manage participant onboarding, training coordination, and event-day operations.

Marketing & Promotion – Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Currently a university student in Edinburgh with strong connections in the student community.

Excellent communication and networking skills.

Experience in marketing, promotions, or social media management.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Previous experience in event management is preferred but not required.
