We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Managerto drive customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll take ownership of paid media, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and lead generation, ensuring every marketing activity fuels sustainable business growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to balance performance marketing with brand-building initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in optimisingamicable’s marketing funnel, ensuring advertising budgets are effectively deployed, conversion rates are maximised, and customer insights shape ongoing strategy.
