Working Hours: 38 hrs per week (Mon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 Fri 07:30 to 12:50)

About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on digital marketing initiatives including paid and social media, SEO, and Google Ads. The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Manager across our small group of businesses to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Key activities for the role:
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to provide marketing support and project coordination, ensuring the smooth delivery of work.
- Create engaging written and video content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters through effective copywriting.
- Design assets for use both on and offline.
- Update and manage company websites & webshop, including content, stock updates, formatting images, and making general content amendments as needed.
- Maintain an organised schedule to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance current strategies/performance across various digital platforms.
- Analytics and reporting - monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
- Conduct market research, stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform stages to support refining strategies.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising strategies.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in copywriting with a strong command of the English language for effective communication.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Video editing, graphic design, photography, and content creation skills.
- Experience with Shopify.
- Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Great attention to detail.
